Recurring (repeat) jobs

One project with repeat visits — how the schedule, end date and editing work.

A recurring job is one project that repeats on a schedule — every Tuesday, or Mon/Wed/Fri, for a set period.

Setting it up

In New Project, turn on Repeat, pick the days, hours and how long it runs: 1, 3 or 6 months, or Custom with your own end date.

How visits appear

Every visit up to the end date is placed on the calendar. For contracts longer than a year, visits are kept a set number of weeks ahead and topped up nightly (Settings → Job & Scheduling → Long Repeat Contracts — Schedule Ahead, 4–12 weeks). Past visits stay on record.

Changing the schedule

On the job page, Edit repeat schedule: choose the date the change starts, toggle days, adjust hours, then Save. Visits from that date on follow the new pattern; earlier visits are untouched.

Stopping it

  • Archive pauses the schedule.
  • Delete removes the job and every repeat visit for good — they won't come back.
