Crew availability badges
Available, Booked, On Job, Off Shift and time off, set automatically from the schedule and clock-ins.
Next to each crew member you'll see a badge for today. It updates automatically; you never set it by hand. The only thing you choose is Available vs Off on their profile.
- Available (green): working today and free right now.
- Partially available (green + amber): working today, but part of the day is already booked.
- Booked (amber): a shift is on the calendar for right now, but they haven't clocked in yet.
- On Job (solid green): clocked in and working.
- Off Shift (grey): they were working today, but their hours (company or their own) are now over.
- PTO · Sick · Other Time Off (grey): approved time off for the day.
- Day Off (grey): a non-working day in their pattern.
- Off (grey): set to Off on their profile, or outside working days.
Anyone grey is not offered for scheduling that day. The same names and colors are used everywhere: Dashboard, Projects, Team and the Live map. The dashboard crew panel shows today's badge for each person.
Booked vs On Job
Booked is the schedule's view: their shift is running, so they're expected on site. On Job means they actually clocked in. Someone sitting at Booked well into their shift is the one to chase; they may have forgotten to clock in.
Once their booked hours end without a clock-in they go to Off Shift for the rest of the day.
