Crew availability badges
Available, On Job and Off — set automatically from the schedule and clock-ins.
Next to each crew member you'll see a badge. It updates automatically — you never set it by hand.
- Available (green) — working today and free right now.
- On Job (amber) — clocked in on a job, or booked on one during these hours.
- Off (grey) — not working today (day off, approved time off, or outside working days).
The same colors are used everywhere — Dashboard, Projects, Team and the Live map.
Why is someone "On Job" when they haven't clocked in?
They're scheduled on a job for this time slot. Once their booked hours end they go back to Available.
