Moving up a tier just gives you more crew seats and more storage. It never 'unlocks' a feature, because they're all already on.

Every plan comes with a one-time gift of client SMS credits when your first paid month is charged: 200 on Crew, 500 on Team, 2,000 on Business. They work exactly like a prepaid SMS pack — automatic on-the-way, reminder, and job-done texts to your clients — and never expire. It's a one-time welcome, not a monthly allowance: once they're used, you can buy a pack whenever you need more.

Anytime — no phone calls, no hassle. Upgrade and it takes effect right away; downgrade and it kicks in at your next billing date, so you're never double-charged. You can also add or remove crew members whenever you like within your plan.

You add each person from your dashboard and send them an invite. They download the free JobBadger crew app (iPhone or Android), tap the invite, and they're in — nothing to sign up for, and no charge for installing it. Only the people you invite can log in, and the only thing you pay for is the crew seats already in your plan.

You'll always see how much you've used right in the app, and we'll give you a friendly heads-up before you get close. Photos barely take up any space — it's really video that fills things up. When you need more room, move up a tier, or just ask us and we'll add storage for you.

Every text shows your business name and an easy way to opt out. Since phone carriers charge real money for each text, you prepay with a simple pack of credits ($9 for 200 texts, $19 for 500, $49 for 2,000). One text uses one credit, credits never expire, and there's no monthly fee — top up when you're low, or let auto-recharge do it for you. Don't need it? Skip it and pay nothing.

If you've got Spanish-speaking crew, this quietly bridges the gap on every job. They tap once to read the job's scope, tasks, and your messages in Spanish — just the job info, not the whole app — and when they reply in Spanish, it shows up in English on your dashboard. Nobody changes how they work, and fewer things get missed because everyone actually understands the job. It's an optional $9.99/month add-on with unlimited use, billed on its own line (not part of your plan), and you can cancel anytime.

Head to Settings → Billing. Every charge lives in one place — your plan, SMS packs, and any add-ons — and you can pick a month to see a full billing cycle and its total at a glance. Need an official receipt or want to update your card? The secure billing portal is right there too.

No lock-in, ever. Cancel anytime from your account settings and you'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Add-ons work the same way, and if you cancel your plan, any add-ons simply end along with it.
