Dispatching crew

Dispatch tells a crew member to go to a job: it sends a push notification with the address, hours and your directions, and shows the job on their home screen.

Dispatching ahead of time

You can dispatch days in advance. The crew sees it as upcoming ("Dispatched for Thursday"). At closing time the evening before, they get a reminder — "Tomorrow: Panel upgrade, 8:00 AM" — and the job becomes their active dispatch.

When it ends

A dispatch stays active through closing time on the work day, then clears automatically. Nothing piles up on the crew's screen.

Closing time comes from Settings → Job & Scheduling. Crew dispatch notifications can be turned off in Settings → Notifications.
