QuickBooks Online

Connect in Settings → QuickBooks → Connect to QuickBooks. Only owners and managers can connect or use it.

What it does

• Each invoice gets a Send to QuickBooks button. It creates the customer (if needed) and a matching invoice — same lines, number and due date — then shows an In QuickBooks badge.
• The dashboard shows your QuickBooks invoice totals.

Good to know

• JobBadger doesn't touch payroll, banking or payments in QuickBooks.
• If the connection expires, you'll be asked to reconnect — nothing is lost.
• Invoices sent to QuickBooks can be voided but not deleted.
• Disconnect any time in Settings.
