Build a proposal from the job's Proposal / Invoice section (Proposal tab). Only owners, admins and managers see it — never the crew.

What's in it

• Line items — or a single total if you'd rather not itemize.
• Overview / cover note — what the work covers.
• Terms & notes, and tax.

Sending

Send Email, Send Text or Copy Link. The client opens a branded page with your logo, and can approve and sign or request changes. You're notified either way, and approval moves the project forward.
