Clock-in and location
How clock-in checks the jobsite and when location is recorded.

Jobsite check
When someone clocks in more than half a mile from the job's address, the app asks them to confirm. They can still clock in — the office just sees they weren't on site. If the phone can't get a location, they're warned the office won't see where they clocked in.
Location
- Recorded only while clocked in — it powers the Live map and verifies on-site time.
- Clocking out stops it.
- Crew can revoke location permission in their phone's settings at any time.
Timesheets
The Timesheets page is one view per worker for the period. The cards up top are company totals: Total utilization, Total scheduled, Total hours worked and Total balance.
Each worker's row shows:
- Utilization: a worked-vs-scheduled bar with the percent beside it.
- Scheduled: the hours you put on the calendar.
- Worked: the hours they actually clocked.
- Balance: Worked minus Scheduled (green on target, over, or under).
- Status: GPS (green) when every clock-in was on site, or Review (amber) when something needs a look, such as an off-site clock-in, an auto-closed shift, or hours more than 15% off the schedule.
Click a row to expand the day-by-day breakdown: date and job, clock-in and clock-out, Scheduled/Worked/Balance for the day, and a GPS cell. Hover · auto to see a shift was auto-closed by the system (the worker never clocked out). Hover the distance to see the off-site mileage (a huge number usually means the job has no address set).
Export a CSV for payroll: everyone, or one worker from the row's ··· menu, which can also delete that worker's clocked entries for the period.
