Crew
Clock-in and location
How clock-in checks the jobsite and when location is recorded.
Crew clock in from the job in the mobile app.
Jobsite check
When someone clocks in more than half a mile from the job's address, the app asks them to confirm. They can still clock in — the office just sees they weren't on site. If the phone can't get a location, they're warned the office won't see where they clocked in.
Location
- Recorded only while clocked in — it powers the Live map and verifies on-site time.
- Clocking out stops it.
- Crew can revoke location permission in their phone's settings at any time.
Timesheets
The Timesheets page lines up, for each person, day and job:
- Assigned — the shift the manager scheduled (or the job's hours).
- Clocked — what they actually clocked in the app, and the difference (+ over, − under). Late starts and assigned shifts with no clock-in are flagged.
- GPS — where they were at clock-in and clock-out: On site (within half a mile of the job) or how far away. Click it to open the spot on a map.
Export a CSV for payroll — everyone, or one person — with all of the above.
