Crew announcements

Announcements are a quick message from the office to your crew — "We're closed tomorrow," a new safety rule, and so on. Admins and managers can send them.

Sending one

1. 1On the Team page, start an announcement and write your message (up to 320 characters).
2. 2Choose who gets it — everyone, or just the crew you select.
3. 3Pick Push, SMS or both, and send now or schedule it for later.

Where it lands

Push announcements reach the crew's phone right away and stay in their Notifications list in the app, so nothing is missed after the alert clears. SMS announcements use your text credits and go to crew who have a mobile number.

Good to know

• Only the crew you selected get it.
• Scheduled announcements send automatically at the time you set.
