Work scope and phases

The Work Scope is the task list on a job. The crew sees the same list in the app and checks items off as they go.

Phases

Each task can have a phase. Phases always display in job order, no matter the order you added them:

Plan → Walk → Inspect → Prep → Layout → Diagnose → Work → Execute → Service → Detail → Clean → your own phases → Verify → Review → Close

Tasks without a phase sit at the top with no header.

Editing

• Add a task from the checklist library or type your own and pick a phase.
• Drag (web) or hold the handle (phone) to reorder within a phase. Dropping a task into another phase's section moves it to that phase.
• Tap a task on the phone to edit its text/phase or remove it.

When the crew finishes every task they can submit the job as Ready to Close for your review.
