Settings and saving changes
What each Settings section controls, and how Save works.
- Company Profile — name, address, time zone, contact details, logo and brand colors (used on proposals and invoices).
- Notifications — which emails and alerts the office gets, and which push notifications crews get.
- Job & Scheduling — working days, open/close time, default job length, buffer between jobs, how far ahead repeat visits are placed.
- Add-ons — Bilingual Crews and extra storage.
- QuickBooks — connect or disconnect your QuickBooks Online company.
- Billing — plan, payment method and invoices.
Saving
Save Changes turns green only when you've changed something; Cancel puts it back. Logo and photo uploads save instantly.
